A Builder’s Legacy
The history of our estate is, above all, a story of passion. In 1976, a master stonemason set out to build this residence with his own two hands, dedicating a lifetime of craftsmanship to it.
Upon his passing, the building remained unfinished and was left abandoned for eight long years
When we first stepped foot here, it was love at first sight. We instantly fell in love with the nobility of the stone, the panoramic views, and the unique atmosphere of the place. Despite the immense task ahead of us, our minds were made up: we were going to finish this masterpiece.
After four years of non-stop work, this lifelong project has finally become a reality. We took great care to preserve the authentic Provençal spirit and the character of the stone, while bringing in the comfort and modern amenities essential for an exceptional holiday.
A Natural Haven in Provence
Nestled in the heart of the Gapeau Valley, the estate stands facing the unspoilt landscapes of the Sainte-Baume Regional Natural Park. The building blends harmoniously into the lush surroundings and the traditional “restanques” (terraced land) typical of our region.
It is a true earthly paradise, sheltered from the hustle and bustle, where time seems to stand still. The peace of the valley, the song of the cicadas, and the unobstructed views offer the perfect setting for a complete disconnect.
